This world class FM company are looking to bring on board an outstanding Assistant GM to be an integral part of the management team delivering a first-class provision to their blue-chip pharmaceutical client based in Limerick.

The Assistant GM will be client focused, business centric and obsessed with establishing a culture of excellence, they will utilise an extensive knowledge of the FM industry to drive the client relationship forward.

Salary: 42,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits

Location: Limerick

THE ROLE

• Manage the Front of House, Security and Support functions.
• Act as client point of Escalation.
• Foster superb relationship with client personnel.
• Develop the team through a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee creation of financial forecasts, construct budgets and administer invoicing matters.

THE CANDIDATE

• Should offer experience of managing multi disciplined support teams within large sites in the FM sector or a related sector.
• Should be an expert in building client relationships.
• Should demonstrate commercial acumen.
• Should have managed P&L Accounts in excess of 1.5 million Euros.
