Carbon60 Connect Mentoring Programme is a free service available to those aged 16+ where you will be matched to a mentor to help improve your chances of finding work.

All of our mentors have volunteered to help and are either ex-service or reserves themselves or recruitment experts that will help you navigate into work, with one-on-one sessions on CV-writing and interview skills.

The sessions will be available face-to-face in our Fareham and Aylesbury offices, but if you're further afield, online sessions are also available.
