Internal Sales ManagerCarbon 60 is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a blue chip, global organisation within the Aerospace industry. You will head up an established team based in Reading. This is a proactive, forward thinking role with strategic input into both the sales growth for the UK and direction of the business. Working with an organisation that design and manufacture bespoke solutions within motion control to meet customer needs which are incredibly diverse in application. This means youll be working with a broad range of customers from Aerospace and Defence through to a vast range of Industrial businesses. Leading a team you will identify opportunities, develop strong relationships at senior level within our target customer groups and increase sales revenue through the achievement of customer and business needs. Your strategic mind-set will ensure you can co-ordinate cross functional resources whilst helping to meet your mid to long term plan. With a consultative approach and the drive to win business youll have every opportunity to demonstrate your value and grow your career within an industry leading, global organisation. Key Skills: - Proven experience within a Sales Manager role in a technical manufacturing industry - Degree, HNC or equivalent in a technical discipline - Consultative sales experience in selling technical solutions to OEMs - Aerospace, defence and/or industrial market knowledge would be a distinct advantage
