We are a diverse staffing business and therefore have a variety of roles in recruitment, customer care, account management, engineering and project management to name just a few.

This means that our people come from a variety of backgrounds – some join us with no recruitment experience at all, whereas others come with a proven track record seeking a new challenge.  That’s ok.

Career path

When you join Carbon60 you will be given a career path which identifies how to become successful in your current role as well as how to progress through the company.

Each level of the career path is linked to a development programme which is owned by you, giving you the ability to move through the career path at your own pace. With a mix of classroom, on-the-job, e-learning and one-to-one coaching our programme builds skills and experience to enable you to achieve your full potential.

To achieve our vision we recognise that we need to provide our clients and candidates with a high quality experience so we continually invest in the development of our people to ensure they live up to your expectations.

To support continuous development we offer all new starters a range of professional qualifications. These include:

  • Level 2 Resourcer NVQ
  • Level 3 Recruitment Consultant NVQ
  • NVQ’s in Business Administration or Management
  • REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
