Hours : Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00
The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food process industry. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes process pipework and plant installation along with planned and preventative maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the company supporting a facilities management project in Hyde, SK14 3BR.
As a suitably experienced administrator you will be working within the company's on site operations at Hyde SK14 3BR. With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures. Particular duties will include: reconciling account queries, ensuring orders are in line with invoice values and liaising with project engineers to resolve invoice queries in a timely manner. Other duties will include handling external client calls, logging information, data entry, inputting supplier invoices, checking monthly statements, creating purchase orders, preparation of monthly financial trackers along with other general office and telephone duties.
Based ideally in Hyde you will need to live within a short commutable distance of SK14 3BR.
Demonstrable experience within a similar administration role is essential for this position.
In return for your experience you will receive a competitive hourly rate of between £9.50 PAYE and £10.50 PAYE per hour depending on experience as well as a range of benefits.
