Carbon60 are looking to hire a Helpdesk Administrator to work for a national facilities management company based in Reading. You will be part of the facilities management team, assisting with day to day running of building facilities and carrying out administration tasks across a portfolio of sites.

ROLE: Helpdesk Administrator

SALARY: £23,700 per annum

JOB TYPE: ongoing


HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Office based.


  • To Lead all administration services.
  • Scheduling of PPM and reactive works.
  • Assist in management of subcontractors.
  • Management of Tool Box Talks and Safety Notices across multiple sites.
  • Stakeholder management / client liaison.
  • Compilation of monthly governance packs (monthly reports).
  • Administration of Google File structure
  • Actively work to streamline workflows.


  • Computer literate.
  • Experience working in an administrator role or similar.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
