Salary: £30 ,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
Location: Runcorn.
Working model: Hybrid

One of our international clients is seeking a Business Applications Support Administrator on a permanent basis.
The client is due to go through a big relaunch of their ERP amongst other projects and want someone to take ownership and be 1st level support and trainer to the rest of the company.
It's a great opportunity for someone who is really eager and wishing to make a significant step forwards in their career.

Job Description:

  • Addressing business user inquiries and providing resolutions using Microsoft Devops.
  • Training and mentoring business application users.
  • Developing and maintaining "standard operating procedures" and training materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal project teams and fostering cohesive collaboration across departments.
  • Analysing and identifying areas for improvement in support requests, training, and business applications, and preparing business cases accordingly.
  • Acting as a 1st level support who manages inquiries and further developments with the HQ in Germany.
  • Taking over the IT support with organising software and hardware within the business

IT Skills

  • Predominantly Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
