ADMINISTRATOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an Administrator to work for a large utilities company based in Minstead.

ROLE: Administrator

SALARY: £26,600 per annum (PAYE)

JOB TYPE: 6 months with extension likely

LOCATION: Minstead (SO43)

HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Office based.


THE ROLE:

  • To provide support within the Capital, Inspection and Maintenance team.
  • To raise purchase orders, invoices, liaise with suppliers.
  • You will collate information, ensuring everything remains within governance.
  • You will be confident communicating with customers, and able to respond effectively to customer queries on the telephone, and in writing when required.
  • To assist with collation and processing of the paperwork required by the operational and design teams.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • IT skills is essential.
  • Must have access to own transport due to location.
