Carbon60 are currently looking for two Product Data Administrators to work for a client of ours based in Dumbarton. This position is a contract that will last around 2 months.

Our client is an engineering company that specialise in the manufacturing and maintenance of power generators, heating and cooling systems.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Administrative duties including creation of product documentation as required and the provision of statistical records as requested.
  • Maintenance of technical records
  • Creation of new plant number prefixes and associated product hierarchy (where required).
  • Administration of Enovia (PDM) system, including issue resolution, in conjunction with PDM Specialists
  • Managing document changes and PDM integration into Engineering Change Process
  • M3 Data Entry

Skill and Experience required:

  • Working knowledge of M3 and/or Enovia systems would be beneficial however training will be provided.
  • Ability to process information and analyse data with speed, compliance to agreed processes with accuracy
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills, including setting and managing expectations.

This Product Data Administrator position offers Monday - Friday working hours. We are looking for someone to start mid June on a contract of 2 months.
