Job responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain internal/external satisfaction are consistent.
  • Order and track parts orders for service and projects including following up on back orders if orders not received in full.
  • Manage the custom process for imports and exports. Communicate with our custom broker and work collectively with other team members (i.e Logistic, Warehouse) to receive the parts and/or get them shipped.
  • Maintain and develop the lubrication management. This includes organising the lubrication oil supply, disposal as well as organising oil filter waste collection and providing appropriate bins/bonds for on-site disposal and storage.
  • Create, maintain and develop minimum stock level for critical items.
  • Update the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - NAVISION) with purchase and sales prices for parts.
  • Interface with each department- assist and support in maintaining the processes relating to lifting equipment - valid Thorough Examination (6-12months) certificate for both service and projects including workplace equipment, e.g. FLT's- lifting equipment.
  • Tool calibration process Interface with each department -Tooling calibration -assist and support in the management of engineer's calibration of tooling in the service department ensuring the items have a tooling calibration certificate are available and accurate.


  • Must have full working knowledge of Microsoft office to include day to day experience of excel sheets, excellent report writing skills and document management experience.
  • Any experience with Microsoft Navision is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to demonstrate Results Delivery. Partnership Building (internal and external)
  • Proven supply chain coordinator/assistant/administration experience

  • The ability to interact with people at all levels within/external to the Company.
