We are looking for an Administrator to join Willis Tower Watson. This will be working hybrid in Wellington Place, Leeds with 3 days required in office per week. This is an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to move perm.

Job spec

  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy with excellent spoken and written communication skills to provide high quality written and verbal communications (both emails and letters).
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently following procedural documentation.
  • Ability to proactively manage time and work priorities to meet volume and accuracy targets.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, dealing and speaking directly with customers and clients including managing challenging or apprehensive customers would be an advantage.
  • Ability to use excel spreadsheets and mathematical skills to complete pension calculations would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working as part of a team and in a busy, fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
  • Desire to learn new things and start a potential career in the Pensions industry.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word to produce automated and manual letters to members

- Must have at least a grade C in Maths GCSE

Rate: £13.30 per hour
