Office Coordinator - central Oxford - 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A FIXED TERM ROLE HOWEVER THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE OF PERM CONTRACT AFTER 12 MONTHS.

All Applicants must have the following:

  • Experience in similar role that involved office coordination and organisational work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Office administration and customer service experience
  • Oxford

Principal Duties:

  • Communication with on site employees re events, announcements and meetings
  • Liaise with cleaning company re cleaning standards, reorder of cleaning equipment etc
  • Liaise with catering company re small office events (i.e ensuring right amount of people catered for etc)
  • Assist in organising meeting rooms
  • Email on site employees about upcoming events and announcements
  • Order stationary, items for vending machines, tea, coffee supplies etc
  • Straightforward administration and data entry work

£35k pa, Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm -with option to work from home 2 days of the week
