Are you looking for a new Career opportunity? A Fantastic Opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Oxford.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control operation of Building Critical Systems
  • PPM & Reactive maintenance to all client HVAC assets including gas fired appliance, steam systems, Air conditioning, refrigeration & chiller systems, lighting & emergency lighting, plant control systems.
  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are rectified
  • Maintain asset records on the client's PPM / Helpdesk system using a Tablet device.
  • Escort and monitor specialist subcontractors
  • Overview the buildings environmental conditions using the BMS System and utilise same to maintain acceptable internal conditions
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Trained in Electrical Systems / Installation and hold relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of maintaining HVAC Plant, building support systems.
  • Knowledge or awareness of BMS and electrical systems.
  • Experience of maintaining high specification plant serving laboratory and office environments
  • Must be able to read M&E drawings
  • Good Electrical/Mechanical knowledge
  • Flexible working will be required to be available on a callout rota.
