Facilities Manager - Customer Interface
Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager (Customer Interface) to work for a large Engineering Firm in Broughton (on site). This is a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of one year with potential to be extended or made permanent. This role will be subject to basic security clearance.
Location: Broughton
Pay Rate: £26.45 per Hour PAYE (£48,139) or £35.00 Per Hour Umbrella (£63,700)
Working Hours: 35 Hour Week (4.5 days per week) between the hours of 7am and 7pm to be agreed at appointment)
Contract: Temporary Ongoing - Minimum 12 months
The Role:
- Accountable for the co-ordination of Facilities Management (FM) activities ranging from Maintenance to Strategic Construction projects
- Acting as the customer interface
- Provide support to the facilities site manager to own reactive/unplanned daily issues that arise across the plant
- Provide support to the facilities site manager and Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on Environmental, Health & Safety topics requiring action / improvement, acting as a co-ordinator when required
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in facilities Management or Building & Construction (Preferably in a factory or Production environment)
- Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
