Maintenance Handyperson/Mobile Painter - Brighton and Hove areas

FYI - THIS JOB COMES WITH A VAN AND FUEL CARD - ALL FUEL AND ROAD TAX IS PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY. SO LOTS OF SAVINGS TO BE MADE HERE IF YOU CURRENTLY USE YOUR OWN VEHICLE FOR WORK

• £14.75 ph - wages paid on a weekly basis
• Van and Fuel card provided for you
• Paint, brushes, tools and and work wear provided for you free of charge
• Hours of work - 08.00-4pm Monday to Friday
• Brighton and Hove areas

Main Duties:

• Painting small outdoor containers within the Brighton and Hove areas
• Very easy maintenance work (replacing a lock, changing a tap, oiling a hinge etc)
• Working within the Brighton Hove areas

Essential requirements:

• Full UK driving licence - THIS IS ESSENTIAL AS JOB WILL REQUIRE DRIVING A SMALL VAN
• Very good previous painting experience
• Basic maintenance and repair experience
• Brighton and Hove areas

£14.75ph plus van and fuel card provided, holiday pay and very good overtime rates - Monday to Friday

Superb opportunity in a fantastic company - ideal for applicants with a full UK driving licence who have previously worked as a painter, or have worked in building maintenance or facilities as a handyperson, maintenance person, or caretaker , and living in areas such as Brighton, Hove , Worthing, Peacehaven, Shoreham By Sea,Saltdean, Newhaven and the areas around Brighton and Hove areas in East Sussex.
