Trainer (quality)
Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Trainer (Quality) within the Training and Quality department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Trainer (Quality) position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training for all positions with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services.
Role Responsibilities will include:
- To develop and deliver Technical, EHS and Compliance training as identified by Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services.
- To develop, implement and review training plans in line with the company's strategy to meet the
changing needs.
- To work with the Training Manager to implement, review and develop a training plan for the
business and interacting with departments to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.
- Work with managers and Quality department to define training requirements to fit the
examination (stamp) requirements.
- Work with Training Manager and Quality to ensure training aligns with competence
requirements and in line with refresher schedules.
- Arrange and schedule training with both internal and external trainers, set up and/or conduct
Web Based Training.
Skills and Experience required:
- Good technical knowledge of MRO processes preferred.
- Ability to manage and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience of delivering training/presentations.
- Experience developing training materials, including eLearning resources.
- A track record of successfully developing positive, productive and collaborative working relationships.
- Ideally degree qualified in engineering and/or a business function or experience in similar role
coupled with secondary education (A Levels) or BTECH/HNC (Desirable).

On site office flex shifts and then hybrid once acclimated to the processes and built good business relationships.
Required to train night shift employees, so one to two weeks a year working the night shift (10pm to 6am).
Travel to Germany once or twice a year maximum.
From £36,532.35 per year.
