Maintenance Handyperson required for permanent static maintenance role very near Ashford in Kent
FYI - ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE HAPPY TO WORK 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT PATTERN - 7am -7pm - BUT MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK NIGHTS IF REQUIRED
- £40k - £42k per annum
- 12 hour shifts - 4 on 4 off - days
- Holiday pay, company pension, v good OT rates, and excellent employee discount scheme.

Essential applicant Requirements:
- Experience of planned maintenance and reactive repair work in commercial buildings
- Happy to work 4 on 4 off 12 shift pattern - days - with flexibility to work nights if required
- Prior experience as a handyperson, maintenance person, repair person, or building maintenance person
- A recognised trade qualification such as an NVQ
- Ashford
Principal Duties:
- Planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work
- Fault finding
- Straightforward plumbing, basic electrical, and maintenance joinery
- Replacing belts and filters on air handling units
- Ashford in Kent
£40k - £42K per annum plus very good pension scheme, yearly salary reviews, and a superb employee high street discount scheme.
Fantastic handyperson and maintenance role, ideal for an experienced maintenance and repair person with a recognised trade qualification, and very good experience in fault finding, and maintenance and repair work such as straightforward electrical, plumbing, air handling units and maintenance joinery.
