Compensation and Benefit Specialist (Oil & Gas)
Our client is a leading company in Oil & Energy sector in Saudi Arabia looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for proposing and implements performance management policies, frameworks and compensation structures within the organization's financial budget.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Maintains knowledge of economics conditions and labour market and other factors to ensure providing a competitive benefits and compensation scales and structure.
- Reviews employee salary compared to both internal & external market and propose adjustments, along with justification whenever required.
- Reviews both promotion and employee transfer request and completes required documentation and approvals.
- Implements compensation structure through job analysis and evaluations, employee feedback and external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remains relevant for the business and is market competitive.
- Proposes and implements benefits that would meet the needs of the workforce and within the approved budget.
- Plans and implement activities to communicate the benefits offered by the organization.
- Applies data governance concepts and principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
- Analyses financial and HR data by employing data mining, modelling, predictive analytics, and benchmarking tools and techniques to create insights and foresights to guide decision-making.
- Correlates financial and HR data to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyses trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decision-making.
- Develops insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualization tools.
- Reviews the range of HR services against their corresponding HR service delivery channels critically to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service quality or costs reduction.
- Implements HR transformation programs to improve the effectiveness of HR service delivery and cost efficiency for the organization.
- Provide coaching and advice to junior team members.
Who we're looking for:
- Must have bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant discipline.
- Must have 5-8 years related experience, covering Human Resource and Compensation & Benefits operations in Oil & Gas sector organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to create effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions and with site teams.
