Product Support Specialist

Carbon60 are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join a client of ours based in Wetstone, Leicester. This Product Support Specialist position is a permanent position.

As a Product Support Specialist you will be working for a large engineering company on one of their 200 sites they have around the UK and Ireland. They specialise in a vast amount of different engineering services. Their site in Wetstone, Leicester specialise in the manufacturing of valves and hoses.

About the Role-

• Undertake daily duties to include Query Management, IBT's, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Unresolved supplier invoice queries, Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox, Monitor Personal Outlook Inbox, help educate the Network on Flow Products.
• Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF
• Monitoring of workloads - plan workload with Team.
• Supplier interaction/relationship building with core suppliers \ Branch Network.
• Voice ideas and work together with the Branch Support Manager to ensure we are working to best in class. Help change and implement any changes or develop new processes where needed.

This permanent position comes with a salary, Monday - Friday working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and other amazing company benefits.
