Construction Site Project Supervisor - Cardiff Bay - Cardiff

FYI - THIS ROLE REQUIRES CANDIDATES TO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT SUPERVISION ON CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS

• £40,000 (PAYE) plus pension scheme, paid holidays, free parking, company benefit scheme
• Days Monday to Friday
• Permanent Job

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor.
• SSSTS OR SMSTS card
• Experience of construction site set up
• Experience with RAMS
• Own transport and full UK driving licence
• Cardiff Bay

Main Duties:

• Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
• Overseeing building facilities upgrades and building refurbishment
• Supervising subcontractors on a construction site
• Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
• Issuing permits to subcontractors
• Cardiff Bay in Cardiff

£40,000 pa (PAYE) plus holidays, free on site parking, pension scheme and company benefits
