Electrician - Facilities Management - Salisbury, Wiltshire - £38,000 DOE


Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their global real estate client's team, based at a site in Salisbury.

Salary: £38k + benefits and OT rates
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
*DBS Required before starting, once on boarded a BPSS will be processed funded by employer*


Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance for electrical activities is completed to schedule.
  • Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, tests for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
  • The installation of electrical systems.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests as directed
  • Comply with all company procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Building Services industry and a critical environment.
  • C&G qualified or equivalent in an electrical services/maintenance.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation competent
  • Full clean driving license held
  • Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular generators, static switches, water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
  • DBS Required before starting, once on boarded a BPSS will be processed funded by employer*
