E&I Project Manager - Permanent Role - Stanlow

Are you an experienced E&I Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the Oil & Gas sector? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead electrical and instrumentation projects at Stanlow. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary with a excellent benefit scheme.

Role Overview:

As an E&I Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive project execution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of E&I projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
  • Ensure projects meet client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver work safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks, taking corrective actions where necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to support project teams.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in E&I project management within the Oil & Gas or complex engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual project management principles.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple project elements.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • COMPEX Certification
  • APM P (Association for Project Management - Practitioner Level)
