Building Services Engineer

In this position, you'll be a key player in our facilities team, handling everything from maintenance and office relocations to managing contractors on-site. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively is crucial as you'll also respond to breakdowns and reactive calls. This is a busy role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage and assist contractors on-site.
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls.
- Collaborate on ground equipment and building maintenance.
- Perform small to medium jobs such as painting, plumbing, and joinery.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Ability to work safely at height.
- Strong fault-finding and installation skills.
- Excellent DIY skills and teamwork abilities.
- Self-starter.
- Full, clean UK driver's licence.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Obtain airside passes for various airports.
- Completion of full security vetting (SC).
- Live locally to Manchester Airport
