About the Role

As the Quality Conformance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and driving the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, repeatability, and adherence to standards across the company's manufacturing processes and products.

Key responsibilities of the Quality Conformance Engineer include:

• Application and deployment of APQP and Quality Standards
• Supporting and facilitating Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) in Design, Process & Machine
• Creating and updating Control Plans (CPs) to incorporate modifications as required
• Planning and executing Production Process Verification (PPV) to ensure validation of all routings
• Leading Cost of Non-Quality forecasting and supporting mitigation activities

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Quality Conformance Engineer role will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant experience in a similar quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of APQP, FMEA, and Control Plan development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Design and Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
