Key Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual issues are handled effectively and promptly
• Support business development opportunities, including rate calculations, margin models, and commercial terms
• Provide commercial support to operational management

Qualifications and Experience

• Commercial experience in the industrial services sector
• Proven track record of managing commercial teams
• Extensive knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Accounting)
