Administrator Role at a Leading Water Solutions Provider

This role is on an initial part-time, temporary basis (2 days per week, Monday & Friday) with scope to turn full-time permanent in the future.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Sales team to achieve the company's objectives and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and analysing customer enquiries, specifications, and system calculations to provide accurate product selection and costing data
• Liaising with internal departments to obtain the necessary information and data to complete tender submissions
• Maintaining computer data and records, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Preparing quotations and reviewing customer orders prior to handover to the Contracts team
• Invoicing and order processing
• Assisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth and efficient running of the Technical Sales department

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant product and market knowledge
• Ability to interpret technical data and perform system calculations
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• The capacity to work well under pressure
