Exciting Opportunity: Become a General Operator
This company is seeking a talented General Operator to be a part of their thriving team.

Rate: £17.80-£18.80 or £23.91-£25.26 via an Umbrella company

Duration: 12-months

Location: Bolton

Working hours:

Standard Days - 7-3:36 Monday-Thursday, 7-11:36 Friday

12 Hour Days - 7-7, Either Sunday-Tuesday, or Wednesday-Friday

Nights - Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/night

As a General Operator (BA), you will be responsible for carrying out a range of manufacturing and self-certification tasks within the deployed business. This will include adhering to product certification procedures, defined workmanship standards, allocated budgets, and timescales to meet project objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking detailed standard assembly and manufacturing activities, ensuring all work is completed to the requisite procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Contributing to the efficient movement of work and information within the manufacturing area.
  • Adhering to agreed standards and behaviours in all activities.
  • Complying with all health and safety requirements.


What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this General Operator (BA) role will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Microelectronics experience
  • Dexterity for fine work
  • Ability to read and interpret layouts
  • Willingness to work flexible shift patterns
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using computers

IPC 610 certification or training is preferred, but not essential.
