HSE COORDINATOR

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a HSE Coordinator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Oldbury.

ROLE: HSE Coordinator

PAY RATE: £14 p/h, circa £29,100 per annum

JOB TYPE: 6 months - Maternity cover until December 2025

LOCATION: Oldbury (B69)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm or 8am - 4.30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch, site based

THE ROLE:

  • Using internal database (Intelex) collating information, running reports relating to KPI's, distributing these throughout the company to give a pulse-point to keep regular reminders to colleagues of HSEQ standards to be met.
  • Auditing HSEQ checks to ensure compliance and procedures followed correctly.
  • Following up on non-conformance reports on customer complaints to ensure actions are being implemented.
  • Keep minutes and stay informed on HSEQ Meetings, face to face or virtual.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience in an engineering/supply chain/ production/quality/manufacturing.
  • Basic IT literacy skills and IT Competency required, able to use computer to for data entry and professional email correspondence - specific database training provided.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Auditing experience/skills highly beneficial (e.g. Lead Auditor/ 9001, 45001, 14001 experience).
