Exciting Opportunity: Become a Site Planner for a Leading Renewable Energy Company

The Role of the Site Planner
As the Site Planner, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing the schedule of work, mapping out site construction durations and resources. You will proactively identify risks that might derail a project and produce progress reports in collaboration with the project management team.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Creating, maintaining, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules and plans to ensure deadlines are met
  • Working closely with the project team and construction site team to discuss progress, gather input data, and address any issues that arise
  • Producing progress reports, providing forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Estimating, planning, and providing feedback to organise resources
  • Ensuring the critical path works are on schedule by baseline project programs

Requirements for the Site Planner Role
To be successful in this Site Planner role, you will need:

  • A dipoma or university/technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position within an EPC environment
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in planning software, including MS Project (at least Level 3) and Primavera P6
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Full Polish working rights
