About the Aircraft Fitter (Helicopters) Role

As an Aircraft Fitter (Helicopters), you will be responsible for assisting in the movement, Line and Base Maintenance of the UK MFTS (RW) H135/H145 fleet. This is a non-certifying role, but you will play a crucial part in ensuring the continued safe operation of these impressive aircraft.

Your main duties will include:

• Providing engineering operational support to Flight Operations
• Accomplishing Maintenance inspections and repairs as directed
• Working to high standards to ensure the aircraft's continued safe operation

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this Aircraft Fitter (Helicopters) role will have:

• Thorough knowledge of Avionic systems
• Knowledge of specialised test equipment relating to avionic systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of Flight/Airport Operations, Aircraft Line Maintenance, and Aircraft Base Maintenance
• An Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or a related discipline
