Carbon60 are looking to recruit and experienced facilities manager to join their building maintenance team at their client's site in Tutbury.

This is a great opportunity to a join a world leading facilities management company, offering stability, progression, and superb employee benefits.

Salary: up to £47,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 4

Permanent

Role:

  • Oversee an IFM contract to a high standard in line with the SLA.
  • Act as a point of contact for department heads. (Cleaning, Security & Catering)
  • Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a good working relationship with client representatives.
  • Review financial performance and implement adjustments to ensure margins are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and legislative requirements.
  • Recruit, induct, and develop talented employees while actively managing poor performance.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in developing profitable relationships for multisite contracts.
  • Knowledge and experience in Facility Management.
  • Experience in leading company initiatives and change management processes.
  • Excellent client relationship management.
  • H&S Qualification - IOSH Food Safety Level 3.
