Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for a well-known large engineering company. This office manager will be based out of a key customer site in Scarborough.

This office manager role is on a 3-month temporary to permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Chasing orders and updating orders
  • Placing orders for the customer and the site
  • Calculating and producing quotes
  • General administrative work
  • Assisting and covering the operations manager where required
  • Dispatching orders to customers

Skills and Experience required:

  • Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
  • A great attitude with a willingness to grow and learn
  • Previous administrative experience is required, within an engineering background is advantageous
