The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in mechanical and electrical installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join the company, supporting a major new build project in South Marston, Swindon SN3 4DE.
As an experienced administrator - document controller you will be working within the company's site offices in South Marston, Swindon, SN3 4DE. With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures. Particular duties will include working to complete a procedures manual prior to the hand over a new build waste to energy plant. Specific tasks will include scanning documents to a memory stick and loading onto the system to form a comprehensive hand over pack. There will be other general office and telephone duties as instructed by the project manager.
Based in Swindon you will need to live within a short commutable distance of SN3 4DE.
Some experience of call handling, data entry or general office administration with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software packages would be an advantage, however full training will be given.
In return for your experience you will receive a competitive hourly rate of between £8.72 and £9.50PAYE per hour as well as a range of benefits.
