The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in mechanical and electrical installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator - call handler to join the company, supporting projects across the Midlands and Nationwide from their offices in Kings Norton.
As a suitably experienced office administrator you will be working within the company's head office in Kings Norton. With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures. Particular duties will include: handling external client calls, logging information, data entry, inputting supplier invoices, checking monthly statements, creating purchase orders, preparation of monthly financial trackers along with other general office and telephone duties.
Based in Birmingham you will need to live within a commutable distance of B30 3HX.
Demonstrable experience of call handling, data entry and general office administration with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software packages.
In return for your experience you will receive a competitive hourly rate of between £8.65PAYE and £9.00PAYE per hour as well as a range of benefits.
