Looking for a strong HR Professional or a HR rising star who must be business and customer focused with excellent communication skills. Must be able to challenge where necessary and handle conflict and difficult situations - experience of dealing with matters in a unionised environment is highly desirable.

- Salary - £36k approx
- Contract Duration - 12 months - maternity cover
- Based in Broughton
Due to the busy nature of the role, the successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, excellent diary management and be able to push back to the business as and when required.
Relationship building with stakeholders throughout the business is a must - the person who is leaving has an excellent rapport with all in the area so looking for a very proactive and engaging personality - someone who will take the time to fully understand the business area they are responsible for and spend time understanding what issues / concerns are specific to these areas.
Skills and Qualifications
- CIPD level 5 or Higher
- 5 Years of working in a HR environment minimum
- Would suit an up and coming HR professional looking to take the next step into management
