I am currently recruiting for a proven Process Engineering Manager, for my Client's vibrant offices near to Manchester, who must be able to demonstrate previous experience in data centre or pharma sectors. The purpose of the role is to process engineering services from enquiry through to order stage whilst ensuring that, from site commencement to practical completion of all contracts, my Clients practices and standards are maintained against agreed targets through the implementation of good process engineering practices.
Your role will involve, but not be limited to: * H&S- To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of my Client's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans* Planning- Implementation of quality, safety, and environmental management systems* Progress/Productivity - Process project management involvement of multi-discipline capital projects* Preparing process project cost estimations, proposals, and delivery of cost-effective innovative design schemes* Compliance - To comply with my Client's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures* Contract Reviews - Preparing process project cost estimations, proposals, and delivery of cost-effective innovative design schemes* Supervision and Management of Staff and process engineers* Interface with external Clients and my Client's internal staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:You will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and experience: * Recognised qualification in Process Engineering. i.e. BEng / MEng or significant demonstrable experience* Knowledge of construction in Pharmaceutical / Data Centre environments* Ability to agree practical and realistic programme for delivery of design to the requirements of internal and external stakeholders and project demands.* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage and communicate priorities.* Ability to make effective decisions in consultation with projects stakeholders and use judgement to escalate decision making process.* Ability to mentor and provide leadership to engineers and designers of all levels.* Experience of undertaking design at all stages of project lifecycle - pre-construction, design and construction stage* CDM Trained is desirable
