A prestigious housing developer is looking for a sales advisor to work on an ambitious mixed development in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales of new homes and manage reservations, exchanges and legal completionAct as the face of the company and represent all interested stakeholder from initial contact through to completionFollow up all leads to increase sale opportunitiesProvide reports/ data to management team to agreed time frames. Present company and properties to the highest standards. Follow customer procedure to ensure five star customer satisfaction, in line with NHBC standardsRecommend mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure smooth completions.

Relevant Experience

Understanding of the regional housing marketExcellent customer service, communication and negotiation skillsStrong computer skillsExperience performing under pressure and to tight deadlines Prior experience with new homesAbility to work with flexibility (bank holidays and weekends)

Successful candidates can expect a competitive salary, basic salaries of £25k per annum as well as OTE of up to and over £40,000 dependent upon performance.
