The Information Management (IM) Team is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Relationship Organisation for Airbus Defence and Space.As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and areas ranging from application support to governance or strategic consultancy.Job ProfileAnalyses Information Systems for improving business performance.Proposes plans and manages functional and technical evolutions of the Information System within the relevant business domain.Mission· Identifies areas where information system changes are needed to support business plans and monitors the impact in terms of change management in the business areas HR, Security and FM.· Contributes to the general functional requirements of the business organization in the area of IT solutions.· Analyses business needs and translates them into IT solutions. Manages and implements updates to existing applications and maintenance activities guided by the needs, costs and plans agreed with internal users.· Ensures quality of service and internal user satisfaction.Competences· IS and Business Strategy Alignment· Business Plan Development· Technology Trend Monitoring· Information and Knowledge Management· IT / Business Change ManagementMain tasks· Contribute to the preparation of the business plan of the organization· Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy· Responsible for managing the information technology development within the business domain· Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa· Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of the configuration of the information system· Evaluate the relevance of the Information systems to the business domain· Build requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions· Build a knowledge base through understanding the organization's information systemSkills/Experience Required· 3 years 'experience in Human Resources, Security, Facility Management or Information Systems and its processes.· Experience in IT· Previous experience in Project Management is required.· English: negotiation levelEducation & Training · Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
