Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required for hospital facilities management contract based in Central London.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be required to:
Carry out safe operational and timely maintenance activities as directed by the Site FM Manager
Work as directed to ensure timely completion of PPM's and reactive work
Assisting with incident management and subsequent investigation to establish root cause
Operation and maintenance of mechanical systems
Responsible for the delivery of statutory building maintenance and testing
Monitoring and maintaining equipment performance to ensure correct operation
Working with staff and external suppliers to deliver a highly focused client service
Ensuring the timely completion and maintenance of accurate plant records and reporting systems
Delivering high quality customer service
Skills, Qualifications & requirements of the role:
Mechanical Qualification - City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
You will be required to pass a DBS check
Working Monday - Friday with overtime available
Long term work with the opportunity to go permanent with the client.
