Our client is looking for for someone to join the team for a 12 month contract.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Skills required:

Diary Management

Prepare relevant logistic for the team (travel, post, doc distribution).

Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time management., meeting/event admin, job requisitions...).

Typing of letters, memo, report.

Collecting information for decision making.

Welcoming and cascading information.

Ideal candidate will:

Looking for someone with a strong administrative background.

someone who can manage a busy workload and has excellent attention to detail
