Landing Gear, Installation Engineer - Digital Mock Ups - Aerospace


9 Month contract

35 hours per week +

We are currently looking for an Engineer with strong experience working on Aircraft Landing Gear. The sucessful Landing Gear Engineer will have the oppertunity to work with one of Europes leading Aerospace manufacturers and will be responsibile for the quality installation of Landing Gear equipment and components through .

If you are an Landing Gear Engineer or an experienced Aircraft engineer with a working knowledge of ATA-32 standards, then we want to hear from you.

Main activities & outputs:

  • Handling and processing of incoming/outgoing Digital Mock Up (DMU) data from the landing Gear Suppliers.
  • Generate & maintain the Landing gear PBS and cDMU ensuring integration to the aircraft cDMU using the correct company methods & processes and capturing new methods & rules.
  • Managing the LG supplier 3d data & Installation data through the SSCI process.

Required Tool skills:

  • Catia V5 R21 (essential)
  • DPDS (essential)
  • Optegra (essential)
  • ICC (read access)
  • Catia V5 Kinematics (beneficial)
