We are looking for a strong Administrator to join our Aylesbury based team; to provide client specific on-boarding, and compliance administration support for new and existing Carbon60 contractors.

Working to client, role and service level agreement requirements, ensuring all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 promises.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to gain recruitment experience; sourcing and screening candidates for existing aviation and engineering clients.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in an Administrative role is essential
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
  • Strong relationship building skills
