A Group Facilities Manager is required to join this large engineering business. This role involves supporting 3 sites with a total workforce of around 350. The sites include manufacturing equipment as well as plant equipment and the building fabric itself.

This Group Facilities Manager will be responsible for 70% maintenance and 30% Health and Safety. To support this individual there are two maintenance engineers and an EHS officer.

The role requires someone to set maintenance schedules, be involved in CAPEX projects and ensure the maintenance of all assets within the 3 sites.

We're seeking an experienced Facilities manager who has experience of a "big sheds" environment. This environment is 60% manufacturing and 40% office space so experience of managing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment is essential for this role. This company are looking to move their maintenance planning to a new software system so it's a good opportunity to revisit maintenance schedules of existing equipment and design new schedules for new equipment.
