We are currently recruiting for a Service Centre Manager located in Haverhill to work onsite at a food processor site on a permanent basis. As Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site relationship, ensuring any requests for stock items are procured, located and made available in a timely fashion whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Managing a small team onsite, you will be a key representative of our client onsite, responsible for the purchasing and warehouse management of the site, ensuring exemplary service standards are set and kept to, to provide a seamless service to client stakeholders.
Experience of warehouse/stock management is key, as is exposure to purchasing/procurement of components, ideally from an engineering, manufacturing/processing or MRO background. Any experience of using an ERP system and providing enhancements to processes would also be advantageous.
