Our client is looking for a highly capable individual with a solid technical and business approach experienced in helping our partners to integrate with our suite of API based products.
Success in this role will see the companies fully digital approach grow significantly, enabling business growth and increased customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a thought leader within AGL, driving us to be more digital in all areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, technology and digital business, particularly APIs and digital transformation. They will be curious, always learning and brave enough to drive change in themselves and others.
What You Will Be Doing...
Support sales and partner managers' teams in the technical discussions with existing and prospective partners by giving them a solid technical overview of how to integrate with company products.
Take business ownership of tasks required to deliver key API based solutions including business case creation and approval, benefits articulation and collaboration with delivery units (internal and external).
Map the customer journey into efficient and scalable product integration architectures.
Be a subject matter expert for API technologies available and their best integration across the company's platforms and products.
Identify gaps in solutions and components to support existing and new products.
Contribute to position the companies platform and solutions to partners
Provide strong contribution to the AGL API technology strategy, as well as our wider AGK business strategy, ensuring alignment with other product areas.

What we are looking for...
Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position.
Must have a solid track record of bringing key technical solutions in front of a partner and liaise with sales teams to optimize the delivery of enterprise solutions.
Must have an experience in Postman and API based applications.
Strong architectural knowledge of how to orchestrate and integrate API based products.
Deep knowledge of REST principles.
A good understanding of OAuth or more general authentication systems.
Delivering and presenting Proofs of Concept variants to users with solid requirements analysis.
Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup)
Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to balance a large, varied workload and prioritise accordingly.
Experience of working in a product-led, agile technology business.
Quick to understand emerging technologies and with significant breadth of knowledge regarding their application.
A software engineering background is desirable.
