Engage with and manage candidates to maximise Carbon60s performance and position within its clients while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 promises. Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer

· To effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience.· Telephone screening of all applicants before sending them to the next stage ensuring only the appropriate candidates are presented.· Confirm candidate attendance to assessment centres, if applicable to role.· Relay feedback from role application with candidate.· Manage offer/rejection process with candidate.· To ensure all documentation is correctly completed, verified and stored.· Maintain all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor workforce.· Ensure full compliance of all data entered onto the database and ensure candidate MI is kept current and correct to allow for reporting.· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with on-site contacts.· Respond to candidate queries.· Ensure the maintenance of all candidate data.· Ensure all documents and processes used are in accordance with company standards.· Comply fully with all company procedures, processes and policies.· Any other duties as required by the business.Person Specification for the Recruitment Resourcer role:· Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.· Reliable and well organised.· Sound business ethics and integrity.· Able to work well under pressure.· Able to work within company procedures and standards.· Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.· Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment.If you're interested in a Technical Recruiter role, working from home and 2 days in the office a week (when able), working for a great team, please get in touch with Paul Beazley on:
