About the work
Early market engagement
This is a new role within an existing team.
Who the specialist will work with - Navy, Navy Reserves and Civilian personnel, other contractors and support organisations operating in or contributing to the personnel management environment
What the specialist will work on - "To lead and undertake application design and development work for the Oracle and related applications to deliver and sustain the RN Personnel Information Exploitation Programme, its derivatives, sub-projects and related support activities with a specific focus on conversion of an existing application set to a new user cohort."
Address where the work will take place - Remote where possible; Whale Island, Portsmouth for meetings and some travelling to Land HQ at Andover and other Navy sites as required.
Working arrangements - The developer will be working in a team, with outcomes generated by the team to a schedule demanded by the Authority.
Security clearance - SC is essential. Navy/MoD cannot sponsor security clearance
