My client a UK leading Energy provider based in South East Wales has an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisor to join their company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has strong communication and administration skills. You will be working remotely to begin with however with a view to working back in the office once it is safe to return so candidates will ideally be commutable to the Cardiff Office.

This is a 12 month role starting in March 2021 and ending in March 2022 and pays an hourly rate of £11.53. This role is Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

All equipment will be provided but must be returned at the end of employment.

Skills and qualifications

As a Customer Service Advisor for a UK leading Energy provider based in South East Wales you will be joining a dynamic fast paced team providing a fantastic service to its customers, the ideal candidate will have:

Essential:

• Superb customer service skills (Inbound and Outbound)
• Administration/ processing skills
• Have BPSS (Baseline Personal Security Standard) clearance.

Desirable:

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Confident IT Ability
• Experience working in an environment taking inbound and outbound calls
• Having worked in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor for a UK leading Energy provider based in South East Wales you will be receiving inbound and making outbound calls (mainly inbound), speaking with customers and booking in appointments for SMART Meters (supporting business services), updating databases and general admin tasks.
