My client a UK leading Energy provider based in Central Scotland has an exciting opportunity for Customer Collection Advisor to join their company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has worked within a Customer Collections team environment before. You will be working remotely to begin with however with a view to working back in the office once it is safe to return therefore candidates will ideally be commutable to the Perth Office.
This is a 12 month contract starting in February/ March 2021 and ending in February/ March 2022 and pays an hourly rate of £11.53. This role is Monday to Friday (37 hours a week)
All equipment will be provided however must be returned at the end of employment.
Skills and qualifications
As a Customer Collections Advisor for a UK leading Energy provider based in Central Scotland you will be joining a dynamic fast paced team providing a fantastic service to its customers, the ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
- Experience working within a Customer Collections team
- Superb customer service skills (Inbound and Outbound)
- Strong Administration skills
- Ability to take ownership of their own portfolio of customers.
- Have BPSS (Baseline Personal Security Standard) clearance.
Desirable:
- Confident IT Ability
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Description
As a Customer Collections Advisor for a UK leading Energy provider based in Central Scotland you will be receiving Inbound and making outbound calls, contacting customers who have fallen behind in their payments. Collecting payments from customers or/ and looking at long term solutions. You will be educating customers and setting up direct debits. You will have ownership of your own portfolio of customers. Once fully trained, will be targeted to 6 calls per hour (mix of inbound and outbound)
