Customer Sales Advisor

We are looking for several customer sales advisors to join this large engineering business to provide excellent customer support and work with historic customers to re-open doors to previous clients. The role will involve prospecting with a database of historic customers and working with them to establish their needs.

Key tasks/experience:

- Interaction with previous and existing customers to establish their needs and work with the sales team to provide solutions

- Prior experience of calling through sales prospects and overcoming objections

- Use of typical suite of IT tools including Microsoft Office

- Customer support and query resolution

- Some knowledge of engineering parts or engineering services
